The project involved the construction of two 9 level towers (approximately 56 units) over 2 basements. The structure comprised of reinforced concrete vertical elements with post tension floor plates. Construction by Hudson Commercial. Approximate value $10-15 Million.
This building is a mixed use development, comprising two basement carpark levels, ground floor retail/commercial and 3 levels of luxury apartments. The structure comprises reinforced concrete vertical elements and slabs. AFS rediwall system was utilised for the load bearing vertical elements which reduced the construction program significantly over traditional masonry walls. Our in-house 3D analysis and design software enabled us to narrow in on a very cost effective solution for our client. The project was completed in 2018.
This apartment project consisted of 4 levels over 2 basements. The structure was conventional reinforced concrete and utilised load bearing AFS walls. The shoring system along Carlingford Road was designed to very tight tolerances to satisfy the main road authority. Approximate value $20 Million.
